The Phi Apartments in Durres exceeded all expectations. The building is modern and the apartments are clean and well-furnished. The owner, Ilva, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a stable and fast internet connection. The location is unbeatable, just a few hundred meters from the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is free parking available. a fantastic choice for a stay in Durres.

I stayed at a lovely and modern apartment for a short vacation. The host was very nice and allowed us to check in immediately and check out later. The shower was amazing and the bedding was lovely. Extra bedsheets were also provided. There was a lift to the 6th floor, and parking was easily available on the road next to the building. The location was great, with the beach, shops, and best restaurants nearby. All necessary amenities were provided, and the apartment was very clean, comfortable, and modern. The host, Ilva, was incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to assist us.

I keep coming back for my business trips because this place has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, an off-site car park, an electric kettle, and cookware. The staff even helped me find local delivery options. With air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, I have no regrets.

Phi Apartments 1 Min From The Beach - New Additions exceeded my expectations in many ways. the database was extremely informative and helpful, providing detailed information about the facilities, location, and amenities. the presentation of the room was exactly as depicted in the pictures. It was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was a major plus point as well, allowing for easy access to these attractions.

One minor downside of Phi Apartments 1 Min From The Beach - New Additions is that it overlooks a main busy road, which means some traffic noise can be heard during the night. However, I personally did not find this to be a significant issue, as the convenience of being close to the beach and restaurants outweighed the slight disturbance.

The apartment had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to a flat-screen TV with cable channels. It felt like a home away from home! The tiled floors in the units gave a clean and modern feel to the place, which I really liked. Having a washing machine in the apartment was a game-changer for me, as it made laundry so convenient during my stay. I enjoyed having a balcony in the apartment, it added a nice touch to sit and relax in the fresh air.

Personally, I didn't find the stovetop in the suite to be that useful, but others might still find it handy for cooking meals.
