The Phi Apartments in Durres exceeded all expectations. The building is modern and the apartments are clean and well-furnished. The owner, Ilva, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a stable and fast internet connection. The location is unbeatable, just a few hundred meters from the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is free parking available. a fantastic choice for a stay in Durres.

I stayed at a lovely and modern apartment for a short vacation. The host was very nice and allowed us to check in immediately and check out later. The shower was amazing and the bedding was lovely. Extra bedsheets were also provided. There was a lift to the 6th floor, and parking was easily available on the road next to the building. The location was great, with the beach, shops, and best restaurants nearby. All necessary amenities were provided, and the apartment was very clean, comfortable, and modern. The host, Ilva, was incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to assist us.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

New, modern apartment near the beach. Immediate check-in and late check-out allowed. Amazing shower, lovely bedding, and extra sheets provided. Easy parking, lift to the 6th floor. Helpful host.

The apartment was modern, spotless, and close to the beach. Ilva provided outstanding service, attention, and care for her guests. She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

The apartment had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to a flat-screen TV with cable channels. It felt like a home away from home! The tiled floors in the units gave a clean and modern feel to the place, which I really liked. Having a washing machine in the apartment was a game-changer for me, as it made laundry so convenient during my stay. I enjoyed having a balcony in the apartment, it added a nice touch to sit and relax in the fresh air.
Personally, I didn't find the stovetop in the suite to be that useful, but others might still find it handy for cooking meals.
